She created SeniorPro.com in 1998 when she returned to Florida and became frustrated with the limited and unorganized Internet information on Florida elder care services and resources.

Karen researches and organizes senior information and writes and designs websites for the senior industry, putting her in contact with professionals and individuals throughout the United States.
